Delivery & Refund Policy
All of the order are digitally and will be delivered to the customer email adressed used when checkout. Order send automatically / instantly after payment has been confirmed from the payment gateway.
If there is some technical issue or error we guarantee that the delivery order no longer than 24hrs after payment has been confirmed. Any problem regarding delivery problem should be addressed to email@example.com.
No physical delivery of the product listed in the store since its all digital items and digitally delivered to the customer.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, you should submit your product number and product item to email firstname.lastname@example.org. You then explain what was the problem and if we can't send you some replacement we will surely refund you 100%.
Refund processed not more than 24hrs in most case. However if there is any technical issue or problem it might takes up to 5 working days depend on the payment gateway that you used.
